Rules for SNESamp's SPC archives   

Please read following text before downloading or submitting a SPC archive file.

   Copyright   

All of the files available in the SNESamp's archive are copyrighted and owned by the original artists/software companies. Every SPC contain the artist's name and the copyright holder. All files are for personal non-profit use only. All archive files are offered as freeware, not as public domain. Every further use have to be allowed from the copyright holder. Refer to your country's copyright law for more detailed informations.
If there are songs you like please support its creators by buying their work (CD releases etc.). They surely will appreciate it.

   Submitting a SPC archive file   

Before submitting a SPC archive file please make sure that all SPC files contain at least following informations:
* The artist's name who worked on that song (Artist tag)
* The copyright holder and the copyright date (Comments tag)
* And, of course, the game name (Game tag)

   Corrections   

Please send in your corrections if you find any error. All artist and copyright owner are researched expansively to get them as accurate as possible, but you also know errare humanum est. Thank you.
