Telenet composer and sound programmer, involved with sound in many games. He's been involved with a pair of PC-Engine games, and some retro-pc games. He composed and arranged some tracks on Telenet Selection.

On Fantasm Soldier Valis II, he was credited in the special thanks section as Hisao "Jizou" Inoue. This indicates that he has a connection to the Jizou Club.
