This was Shinob Ogawa's second commercially released single. It was the first of the two singles for the Media Entertainment developed Saturn game Free Talk Studio: Mary no Kimama na O-shaberi (ートークスタジオ～マリの気ままなおしゃべり), Promise being the second. It was sung by Kouda Mariko, another post-teen idol. Since Shinobu composed this single, he might've composed the whole game as well.
