Joe Asanuma was one of the three director and producer at Wolfteam (the others being Masahiro Akishino and Masaaki Uno) and mostly worked on Wolfteam's strategy games and a couple other games for Telenet Japan before co-founding and initially heading tri-Ace. After the release of Star Ocean 2 he was replaced by Yoshiharu Gotanda and left supposedly to found headlock.co.jp.
